Excellent experience with Integrity and Isaac. We hired them to replace complete HVAC systems at two properties in Alexandria, and overall I was very pleased with the experience. Isaac was responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Their pricing was extremely competitive, particularly compared with several larger HVAC companies whose automated pricing systems produced quotes that were thousands of dollars higher for comparable work. He called me directly, discussed the issue, and we were able to reach a fair resolution quickly. How a company responds when there is an issue says a lot, and he handled it professionally. Both installations were completed as scheduled and the systems are working well. Isaac also followed through with the permits and warranty registrations. Overall, Integrity provided excellent value, quality workmanship, reliable service, strong communication, and great follow-through. After using them for two complete HVAC replacements, I would definitely work with Isaac and Integrity again and recommend them to others.
Great service and competitive pricing. I had a A/C component fail and Integrity was able to come out that evening to take a look. The blower motor had gone bad. They gave me some options including a more cost efficient one given the age of my system. Would definitely call them again for a new install when the time comes. UPDATE 7/2026: My 15 year old unit finally bit the dust and rather than spend more money replacing other components, I went for a new install. Integrity cam out the same day, gave me a very competitive quote, and were able to install 3 days later. Thanks again for the great service and saving me from the heat!
Can't say enough positive things about this company!!
