I had a great experience which went above my expectations, the quality of work that was done installing my HVAC and A/C was better than I expected. Cristian and Mauricio were my technicians and they were able to finish the job smoothly and leave me happy with my new equipment. Roberto and Isac provided me the best quote around my area, they are very professional explaining all the work being done, they also went above and beyond to make sure I chose them for the job.

I needed to get my HVAC unit diagnosed at my high-rise condo. Not many HVAC companies took this on so it was nice to have integrity take it on. They came diagnosed it and figured out the best path forward for me and got the job done very promptly. I appreciate their service and customer service.

Isaac and his partner were awesome. They came on time. Were polite and courteous. Explained each step.they were taking to.fix the problem. They explained with integrity. They were my second opinion to a large reputable company who said that they couldn't fix my AC and immediately wanted to sell me a whole HVAC system. No sales job with Isaac. Just suggestions without any nudging. Integrity Duct and HVAC Services is my go to company. I tried the other company because Integrity was booked and was hot. In the end, we decided to deal with the heat the old fashioned way, fans, until Integrity came. They were worth the wait.

Excellent experience with Integrity and Isaac. We hired them to replace complete HVAC systems at two properties in Alexandria, and overall I was very pleased with the experience. Isaac was responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with.

Their pricing was extremely competitive, particularly compared with several larger HVAC companies whose automated pricing systems produced quotes that were thousands of dollars higher for comparable work. It was also a pleasure to work with a local company and someone who lives and works in the Alexandria area rather than one of the larger companies.

Communication was particularly good. Isaac coordinated directly with the tenants for scheduling and access, kept me informed throughout the process, and promptly provided the proposals, insurance, licensing, permit, and equipment information I needed to complete the condo association architectural applications.

We did have a misunderstanding regarding pricing during the process, but I appreciated how Isaac handled it. He called me directly, discussed the issue, and we were able to reach a fair resolution quickly. How a company responds when there is an issue says a lot, and he handled it professionally.

Both installations were completed as scheduled and the systems are working well. Isaac also followed through with the permits and warranty registrations. Overall, Integrity provided excellent value, quality workmanship, reliable service, strong communication, and great follow-through. After using them for two complete HVAC replacements, I would definitely work with Isaac and Integrity again and recommend them to others.

Integrity Duct & HVAC Services did an amazing job AGAIN! I used them several years ago to replace my furnace and decided to try them again to replace my A/C condenser. The team was timely, professional and detail-oriented. Upon completion they walked me through the entire job, detailing what the replaced, how it works and functions. I will continue to recommend and use Integrity in the future.
